Two week collaboration with Ximedica.
Vegify is an integrated experience to encourages families to make healthy food choices together.
1. The most impressionable time for a child to form health eating habits between the ages of 2 and 6.
2. Parents are involved in behavior modeling and supplying the food offering.
3. Incremental reward systems can encourage behavior adherence.
Each family member buildings a profile, sets their daily fruit and vegetable consumption goal, and picks their individual reward.
A family prize is also set in order to encourage longterm adherence.
Maddison wears a low cost digital watch interface that visually displays their desired goal.
Maddison pushes the green button each time she eats a fruit or vegetable and receives an immediate visual reward.
Martha is encouraged by her children to track her own fruit and vegetable consumption on her Vegify App.
She also monitors her family's consumption allowing her to plan their next meal together.
Limited screens accounting for a young user base and to keep the price-point affordable.
All interactions are controlled by two side buttons: the larger green button to register fruit and vegetable consumption and the silver button to review family progress.
